Would this be considered cheating? (Time travelling question!)

So, I decided to record the rain music for my YouTube subscribers.(JezDayy)
But I can't stay up until 5AM, and wake up as early as 6AM. I'd be too tired, and it's not worth waking up so early / staying up so late to record music.
So I time travelled. I didn't save after finishing each hour, but then I noticed that the Zen Bell project I demolished today is already gone?
I pledged myself not to time travel, but I did. So my question is; would this be considered cheating? It doesn't make me feel right...?

Time traveling is not cheating. It is a style of play that many of us enjoy.

Well there's no such thing as "cheating" in this game (aside from the glitches I guess). "Cheating" is defined by yourself. But if you time travelled through 6am of another day, then you have officially time travelled through it.

Im amazed that there are some people who would end up deleting their town cause they did something like this.

Besides, time traveling is up to the player. I don't think most people consider it cheating.
