I would have to say 2005-2007 were really its weakest years.

Chowder
the original Ben 10
Squirrel Boy
Class of 3000

all of them are subpar cartoons

But yeah id say whenever they aired Live action stuff and right around rn since the reboots are killing the network. God I can't even look at it. It's all pandering garbage.
