Why would you ask who the worst singer is? It's unknowable, since we haven't heard all singers. You could ask, "In your opinion, of the popular recording artists who sing on their records, which do you feel has the least amount of singing talent?" Then that's not ambiguous and unanswerable.

But people will still invariably say those *censored.3.0*ers over at Disney.
