Buying Wordpress help

A few minutes ago, I joined Wordpress, and I'll need a few things to do. One is to come up with a background. If there's anyone who has the fall circle grass (like seen at the dead point in ACNL, which is from November 26th to December 10th) background, that would be nice. I don't know how much that would cost, but I am on a limited budget (unless if someone was nice enough to donate 1,000 TBT).

The other thing is to come up with a header for my site. What I'm thinking of is a banner with a night starry sky with fall grass and a cherry tree and a few futuristic houses, along with the title "Town of StarFall" written in a pink Animal Crossing font.

I can keep this thread open for as long as I need, unless if I get a voluntary donation. And I'm not sure if the background costs TBT, but the banner I see. Set your price, so I can save up for it.

I can help with the fall grass - gratis, since its not so difficult. Just have to wait until I get off work. Is there a place to DL the Animal Crossing font? I can give a stab at a header too, though I'm fairly newbish at making graphics. It would be good practice though, so I can give it a shot if that's okay

Another thing, the AC font is usually yellow and blue. Pink would be for the filling as purple is for the outline of the text.

Also, what would be the appropriate price for this. If I didn't spend on a party popper, I wouldn't be as broke as I am now.

Heh, let's see how far I get~ I'm more interested in practicing than making anything off this, truthfully. I'll try my hand when I get home though and will PM you any WIPs & the background :3

Since I'm a newbie, I don't know what does custom theme means? I'm not doing any payments on my site (like premium status or something), but I like to be as custom as possible.

EDIT: The site calls it "Twenty-Fourteen", but I think that's the standard theme.
