Wonder Trade Hacked Pokemon. Is it safe?

So I got a Shiny Level 100 Marshtomp from Wonder Trade. Is it safe to keep it or will it mess up my game? I don't wanna lose all my data (especially being 3 Pokemon away from completing the National Dex). I know for sure it is hacked because it is caught in a Master Ball and it didn't come from this generation. Is it safe to keep or should I release it?

It's safe to keep, as hacked Pokemon won't mess up a game. If your game's still fine so far, you won't have problems.
