Holy crap o.o 50m?? That's like half my whole bell account, and it took me months to save up this much. How can people even afford that??

there's a pretty big economy going on at these forums. people are often buying/selling villagers for tens of millions of bells, especially the really popular ones. it can get outrageous. most people don't have a pricecap when it comes to filling their towns with their ultimate favorite villagers though, and will pay whatever it takes.

I guess I understand that--I mean I want my dreamies and I'd like to get my fiance his dreamies, but I wouldn't want to pay an outrageous amount since that means I wouldn't have the bells to get like.. anything else. I guess people can be a lot more determined xD

Yeah I actually don't like paying more than 10mil for a villager or anything for that matter. xD
I've had to drop out of a few auctions because of that. @-@

50mil? Good lord! It's not worth it imo. .w.

the first time i paid for marshal was 45mil. =x

i am surpise by the demand of villager. tier doesn't really count by the price. like this few days. tier one villager can go as low as 5mils

This is my first actual auction so I didn't know what to expect. So far I've gotten the dreamies I have just by random move ins from trades and payment for a commission. Some of my dreamies are popular though so I guess I better get used to auctioning!
