When does wisp come? ive had the lamp, like, forever. he still hasn't showed. does any1 know what time he comes?

He comes very early, and very late.

8 PM to like 4 am.

He comes from 6pm-12am. Everyone thinks it's 8pm-4am, but no, I found him around my town at 6:45pm. In fact, I sold the lamp, and he still found me. I didn't know what was happening, because my character looked away, and I couldn't control where he walked, then he popped up, and asked me to give him his lamp. Once you find him, and have the lamp, go to the attic of your house, "rub" the lamp, and then he'll thank you, and reward you with the option to:

Wisp appears sometime after 6pm on the same day as the lamp appears in your town. Simply go to the four corners of your map, he'll be in one of the 4 corners.
