I?m sorry I know it?s probably been covered before somewhere

I?ve got quite a few amiibo cards and I?m cataloging at the moment.
Does each different character give you a specific gift?
Ie does Rosie give you a regal lamp? Etc
Or can any villager give you anything so it?s completely random and doesn?t matter if you have used a diffferent amiibo every day.

They don't give you any gifts, wisp gives you 5 meow coupons and the character's RV enters the Campground, and you can buy items there.

It's been a while since I've used the 'give me an item' feature with Wisp, but I'm pretty sure the item you get is random. So you can scan in the same card each day and potentially get a different item each time.

Kurb is correct if you pick the come and play option.
If you mean the gift option, they will give you their photo ! I think you have the option to choose something else, and that will be random. Never heard of the amiibo used affecting the random item.

The items are random no matter what card you use, so you can basically use the same card over and over again to get items. I don't believe there is any special items they give you, but I could be wrong. I think I've heard somewhere that the special characters can give you their picture if you scan them in, but I haven't tested it yet.

They do! You also have the option to ask for something else, making them give you a normal item.

Yeah I was thinking just the animals not the special cards like Isabelle or Tom book etc. I was thinking if they assigned an item to an animal. So I’ve not been helping things by scanning A different one each day.

As said above, it is completely random (at least I think) what you will get from amiibo's. I am a collector myself, special amiibo crads, however will give you their picture. They can also give you furniture~ I don't remember if they give you the pic or the furniture first but either way, if you choose the no not that (or something else option, I don't remember it word for word) you will get the other. And then ofc, you can always move them in. Rv's only apply to rv cards so that response is incorrect.
