my town isn't full, but i do not have anyone in boxes. i have 8 residents and one space roped away for someone to move in soon, like the sign is up with their name. is that okay? i totally don't want to mess up your neighbor cycle or anything so i understand if you can't trade!

oh i'm coming from my cycling town so i asked because i didn't want to give you voided villagers. do you know if a voided villager can move in, in your scenario?

i don't think they can since someone is already moving in; and i think with the 10th villager you have to ask them to come, i've never actually gotten a 10th by accident. i wouldn't really mind though!
