I'd be suspicious if the person who offers is quite young as it might be pokegened since the event happened when they were very young :3

This was a limited event in a limited location and very few people went. So the chances of actually getting a "legit" one are really slim, I doubt anyone on this forum even went to the event.

Not to be mean or anything but I think pokegen is literally the only way.

Also wish blissey sounds evil.

If it is pokegened, it means it is hacked. It isn't legit.

I just obtained a code for Pokemon Y, once I sort out paying for Pokemon Bank, I'll get you a Wish Chansey if you haven't gotten one by then, for free since I'm happy about getting Pokemon Y

I got them in a trade from my cousin several years ago. He lives in NYC and actually went to the event and got like 5 or 6 of them, and gave me two of them ^^;
