The only way you can claim a villager is if you are picking them up for someone...or the person in question is available to pick them up now. I can't hold them if someone else comes along and makes a claim that is available to pick them up now.

Uggghhhh they aren't online atm, I just pm'ed them. I am NOT by any means giving up on trying to get my son's Freya out for them, but because he has a town FULL of penguins, I think that is why she doesn't want to budge.

Ok. I don't want to take her into my holding town since I have her holding in my son's town and I know others are looking for her. I know I will eventually succeed at getting her to move out of my son's town : ) I just hate that it is taking her so long. Stubborn little canine. : ) I know Nymeri is anxious to have her.
