You mean where can you find pictures of the villagers? This is one place I've found has a lot of useful information and good pictures of the villagers:

Do you mean having a signature?
Make one with photoshop, GIMP, or ask for one to be made (most of the time, you must pay, but others are free) or you can just write one out with words by going to settings>edit signature. Follow the guidelines too!

In my thread, I ask people to mention them and put them in their signature. It's really the only way to know.
