There aren't a lot of great Uchi's IMO. I like Phoebe well enough but I never found an Uchi I really liked all that much.

Seems like all the people I PM'd about her are offline. Just my luck.

I don't think I actually know anybody who would, LOL. But it's fine anyways, if I'm lucky someone will move out and I'll TT and if she's still on the void list I may just be able to get her. c:
