Will the same town map appear again?

So I just restarted my cycle town, and found a map that i absolutely love. But a villagers house is in the way of where i want to put my mayors house.
So I need to know if the map is bound to show up again? and if it does, will the main buildings be in different spots?

It can show up again, but there are literally thousands of possibilities so I don't think you're likely to find it again.

What Hayden said. There are massive amounts of maps to choose from, it can and probably will show up again. But it could take an awful long time
