I have non scanned villagers as well? I have 8 scanned villagers and two villagers i got from Moonfish here on the forums, and although the Two (Static and Kyle) are my newest villagers, they are the only ones pinging to move out. Im just trying to get my town down to 8 so i can get more dream Villagers in.

They will eventually, though it is more rare. I know I had both Cheif and Filbert scanned in and they pinged me, but Pashmina and Lolly (my only two non scanned in ones at the time) were the ones that would ping me the most. Good luck!

I have 5 scanned and 5 non-scanned I think, and only the scanned are asking to move lmfao

I had 8 scanned and 2 nom scanned, amiibos didn't ask to move out until one of my non scanned villagers moved out. Hope it helps!

well, everyone seems to have different experiences. some never have their amiibos ping but others have theirs ping all the time. it's strange. my amiibo animals have never pinged to move but before june i replaced them with other amiibos pretty quickly anyway.

It's very depending. Someone told me he tried 100 times to try to move a scanned villager but it didn't worked and my scanned villager pinged me after 2 weeks. They can move out but it's rare.
