Will a house fit here?

So I was thinking of maybe making a house closer to Phoebe.
Would a house fit here? If so I am not sure if I want to replace one of my other spots saved for a villager house to move it here. ignore the stumps i got lazy


what isn't pictures really is that there will be a row of trees and bushes on the left of the pink "no build" markers on the ground. So idk if the trees will be in the way or if it is too close to the cliff.

the other house locations either have a villager there already or thats an area i am saving. but if a house fits here, should i put one here and not someplace else? this area was going to be a walkway through an orchard.

it would be fine- a 1 wide buffer around the house size is adequate.

and as your town is cursed by a large river, i'd say put the house there. make it cute tho- no metal shacks with crusty postboxes.

I would probably put Broffina there and her house exterior isn't too bad, wood with a pink roof.

I believe it should work. I don't see why it wouldn't, though don't be surprised if it's not the first choice for the villager.
