Bearer can be used in conjunction with lots of other words. Ringbearer, pallbearer, litterbearer...
Also tried "BELL" and "NOTIFICATIONBELL" as codes. Didn't get anything.

The regular bearer (bearing clothes?) appears (appearance) irregularly if you know where (wear) to look (as in a look).
Maybe it's something to do with profile pictures/signatures or custom designs?

Regular/Irregular Bearer makes me think of the passport titles. You get regular via the KK Slider concerts. Someone mentioned the KK slider concerts earlier. Maybe there's something there?
I checked and didn't find anything either. Thought for sure that was it.
