Wifi someone with 10 villagers? -DONE-

It's confusing to explain but I'll try my best...

I recently voided a villager, and I don't want her to randomly move into someone else's town (or my second town DX). So I want to host or visit someone with a full town she can't move to so I can clear my wifi pool.

At the same time, I don't want to end up with a random move in myself, so you can't have voided anyone since the last time you wifi'd with someone.

I hope that made sense... ^^U
