wi fi troubles..

so i've been having problems with my wi fi lately, tryed added new people on AC and it hasn't been working..

i know the problems not only on my wii because my friends and i can't wi fi on the ds.. so we went to nintendo's website and it said please turn your firewall off, and my firewall is off. but i'm still having connection issues.. what can i do?

I don't exactly know how, but you have to open something called 'Port Forwarding' but it's different depending on which router/modem you have.
