Wi-Fi Feedback

Okay so I am a bit new to the forums. If someone comes to my town, and everything went smoothly do I leave them wi-fi feedback or is it only for me when they come to my town? Because whenever I get positive feedback I went to leave them positive feedback as well, but I'm not sure if I am supposed to?

Really what I am asking is: Do I only give feedback when I visit another town, or should I give feedback as well when someone visits my town and it goes smoothly?

Personally, I would do it every time you connect with someone, no matter what you're doing. It helps show other people if that player is a polite person to trade or play with and anything else along those lines. If you go to someone's town and they're nice, you could leave a good rating saying "good host" or something like that. If they come to your town and are polite, then you could say "good guest" or something of the sort. It just lets people know what to expect when trading/playing with someone. You don't have to do it every time though I don't think, but it can help!

I normally try to do it every time if I remember, and there are times when I don't get one back, but I still try to do it every time I do something on here lol.

I try to remember to leave feedback after a trade, whether I was the buyer or seller. If someone leaves it for me, I automatically leave them a rating in return out of courtesy. Heads up though, sometimes leaving a negative rating (when justified) can be pointless because they'll probably just have it removed later. Stupid, I know.

Yes, I'll leave feedback when a guest comes over and is trustworthy. I'll also leave feedback if I visit someone and they're a good host.

its a good idea to leave feedback for anything, because then it shows other that they're trustworthy (or not..) it really helps newer members too, since most people dont trust new members due to not having any reputation, and positive feedback will help them become more trusted on the site. it's always a good idea to give negative feedback if the person deserves it too, because if a person gets away with doing something bad, other people might not know and blindly do a transaction and get scammed.
so overall, even if its a short visit to their town or to yours, it's a good idea to leave feedback
neutral feedback is always an option if the person was neither bad nor good, too. its rare to see neutral feedback though. but if you're not sure to give a negative feedback then leave a positive one. usually neutral feedback is for if someone does something in your town theyre not supposed to, like wander around without permission. probably not a good example but you get the point.

TL;DR: yes, you should leave feedback whenever you do some kind of interaction with another user, be it your town or theirs. it's not needed, but it's a nice thing to do

I always leave feedback whenever I connect with someone.

Some people even find it kind of rude to not. ^^;
