I dislike most Pop ones, but some of them (such as Ankha) are actually good. But this is a TERRIBLE thread, with a TERRIBLY written title, and an even worse written first post.

Now, I will agree with a part of your thread. I also prefer underrated villagers, which a majority of my top 25 favorite villagers are. My favorites are in fact Hopper and Hans.
