Why Phoebe...

Hi.
This is weird... Every time Phoebe ping me she want to leave my town, but now, now since i said: "I want Phoebe to leave", she doesn't want to.

Any ideas what can i do to make her leave?

Sometimes is good to quit without saving, unless you're afraid of dealing with Resetti or have a lecture from Isabelle.

Just start accepting favors she asks of you and then don't do them, seems to work for me when I want to get rid of a villager I don't want. If she pings you, tells you shes moving and then after seeing your response decides not to move, just quit the game and try again.
