Why oh why...?

I'm guessing at least a quarter of this forum has seen Quantum of Solice and Casino Royale and have enjoyed them. I to liked them but then again, I really disliked them.

Why?

The main reason I watched James Bond Films was the mad inventions from Q, along with the fast cars and amazing chase scenes (etc). Examples being things like 'Die another Day', 'Tommorow never Dies' and 'The man with the Golden Gun'. Like we ALL must remember / of heard of the Amphibious Lamboghini which Bond used in the earlier 007 movies.

The newest 007 movies have NONE of these things, apart from the Aston Martins. Which given theres no 'special features' other than a radio and a cup holder it's not worth putting in them movies.

I dunno, anyone else agree? Or am I just being a nostalgic old fart? > w >
