Why no lotteries?

I was just scanning through the TBT Shop when I noticed a button that said lotteries. So I clicked on it and it said: 'No lotteries have been created'

I don't know why they haven't but it would be nice to have a TBT lottery. Maybe you have to answer questions or just pick numbers like on normal lotteries. Or maybe you can sign up to take part in a lottery and Jeremy can select each winner depending on certain things.

Well I'm done here, but I would like people to post and see what they think on this matter.

There was meant to be a shop and event manager to manage the shop but Jeremy hasn't posted anything about it in awhile.
