Why my characters keep falling?

Hey all,

My characters keep falling on the ground when they are running. I know that has something to do with Katrina and bad luck, but I only went to Katrina with my mayor and she's not falling and all my other characters do.
What happened and how can I stop this?

Could it also have something to do with wearing sunglasses at night??

I'm pretty sure your star sign has something to do with it! Your daily luck corresponds with your characters' birthdays.
I found this out when I did the new character trick when I was farming visits with Katrina.
If you wear a lucky item like the one she suggests that day or the celebration hat / tingle hood hat thingy then the tripping will stop. ^^

its because of bad luck, and im not sure if changing your outfit will help..but wearing a certain piece of clothing could have triggered your bad luck. go to katrina if you have her and wear whatever she recommends

it's bad luck, like every one has said. sometimes you have days that are 'unlucky' when you fall often.

Yeah you're unlucky. If you visit Katrina, she might offer to sell you an item that will keep you from falling.
