she must be a "rare" villager, I haven't seen her in any dream towns, in any of my friends towns, I actually saw her for the first time yesterday after having the game for 2 years.

I love Tutu and she stuck in my main town forever. She has a princess bed, sweets bed, princess closet, princess lamp and princess chair in her house. Girl is spoiled.
I love the look she gives during Halloween and Toy Day.

I think she is adorable, there are a lot of truly under rated characters.
I have grown to love Sparro, he's a T5, but he is one of my favorites right now (besides his default BB shirt -.- )

Bears are pretty unpopular, they're perceived as not as cute as cubs. Personally I think bears and cubs are equally cute.
