Why is it so hard to catch a scallop!

I might just be unlucky, but I've caught 1 in my town and I search for them EVERYDAY.

If I'm not mistaken you can find them all day everyday correct?

All I want is all the Pascal furniture, is that too much to ask!

Some days I never see him. I tried to wear my lucky item before diving.
