Yeah, part of 'meeting' nice people would be keeping an open mind. Anyone who expects everyone to be greedy will only see greedy people even when nice ones come around. It's like someone who thinks the traffic light is always red when he reaches the intersection. Because he willingly neglects every instance when it wasn't red.

When frustrated, it's best to take a break and go get some fresh air. You can't conduct yourself appropriately whenever you're in such a state as that. The answer to solving your frustration shouldn't be you making a thread that insults people.

Doing something out of frustration doesn't automatically mean you're not responsible for the mess. Next time you have something to vent about, do it in your diary or something. Or just- y'know. Deal.

Listen, I know it's frustrating as I've been through something very similar with a villager. I also got a lot of shlack for posting a thread about why Merengue was overrated (LAWL learned my lesson there. Ah the early days of when I joined the forum...) but please, PLEASE do not insult us as a whole like you did. I also just viewed Xanarcah's Marshal thread, who happens to be a good forum friend of mine, and your comment was probably the worst thing I've seen on this forum since I joined. If you want respect and generosity, then refrain from the rude comments. You get what you give. Just learn from it, because I know I've learned from my mistakes too.

Honestly, you have to realize that top tier villagers are top tier for a reason. Supply and demand. The only reason I got Marshal was because I traded Ankha (another top tier villager) for him.

There are MANY places where people are generous and giving free villagers, bells and items away. You just have to look around. That's what I did.

In fact, I find that there are WAY more generous people than greedy people.

People can determine their own prices for their villagers. It's their choice. If you don't like it don't post in their threads. Unfortunately, not everyone wins their dreamies because that's life. On the flip-side, not everyone is a greedy person just because they aren't giving up the villager they own for what someone else demands them to give it up for.

Edit: I understand you made this out of frustration but I know that if you stick around and keep at it you are bound to land yourself your dreamies, everyone does!
