The purpose of a uniform in any company isn't for professionalism but for... well, uniformity. It's so customers walking in will know at a glance that a person works for the company and is qualified to help them with whatever business they may have.

And if they're wearing a diaper, that's how you know they're the CEO of a major corporation.
