Why do i keep getting demoted in gears of war 2?

I play online everytime on the first wave of horde it says incomplete match penalty and in some of the games like warzone what am i doing wrong?

Sounds logical. If someone stinks at a game, they ought to lose a few points. I never got that in some games.

Incomplete match penalties means you're leaving games before they finish.
