Yeahhhhhhhhhhhh I always thought that was weird too lmao! And its so funny that Clay is also naked in his poster/pic!!

But seriously, why did they design him without clothes if literally every other character in the game wears at least a shirt? lol

Now that this has come to my attention, I wonder this too. We should have the option to dress the npcs up at the studio. In HHD, KK had an alternate outfit, which you can see in one of the screenshots that I took here; he is wearing a hat and a blue striped shirt..
