Why cant i download the Stationary?

OK i have tried everything i can think of,and i still cant get the new animal crossing swapnote stationary that was given out today i payed for the option to download with my play coins,(which i've been saving up for NL forture cookies)but the option to "download picture"is greyed out when i open the note,im probably doing something wrong so if someone could explain this to me or give me their friend code so we can trade the paper that would work to i guess,also if you just want to trade friend codes to visit towns in new leaf that works to. thanks again

In your SwapNote settings, do you have it where you can download SpotPass data? Make sure that's switched on!

yeah i got it after messing around with it again turns out i didnt send enough sorry to cause trouble for the mods thank you
