why arent my ambiios wanting to move in?

i spawned my Shari and Nana ambiio into the campsite, i made them a piece of furniture they wanted, and they still dont want to move in! i tried multiply times but nothing! can someone help out here? am i doing something wrong?

You need to invite them 3 times, and craft all 3 of their recipes before they'll give you the option. You have to persistently talk to them after the third visit, too.
