People are too self-conscience.

Sometimes people feel like complaining, it makes them feel better. Sometimes it can be for attention though, or maybe they're looking for a boost of confidence from their friends because they're unsure of themselves.
And sometimes they do look alright, but feel bad about themselves because someone was picking on them. Many people have at least one thing they'd like to change about themselves, perhaps that is their way of expressing it? Even though it may get annoying sometimes.

Cause they dont know what to say

Meh, I never say that kind of stuff, sometimes I say Im way bad at Brawl (Which now I dont think so) but thats not too much to be complaining

Hormones mostly, plus certain people are generally terrible and find happiness from making others self-conscious about themselves.

Low self-esteem.

Thats basically me. Seeing myself as ugly even though everyone says im not. The positive news is my self-esteem is getting better ;D

I was just having this conversation with my gf, she thinks she's fat but she's not.
Idk some people just have self esteem issues.
