Your hard work restoring The Bell Tree on April Fools' Day has paid off! A commemorative Shiny Ditto Easter Egg has now appeared in the Shop for 99 Bells.
Today I had to babysit another DS since it was April 1st for them. Not knowing the villagers I found a great website and managed to get all villager pictures. I'm exhausted.
If every event was like Toy Day, these events would be boring. >_>
Toy Day wasn't even challenging. I reset three times. That's it.
Harvest Festival was tricky, and so was Halloween.
April Fools, Easter, and Harvest Festival are the hardest and are the most fun.
Harvest only got stressful for me because I was doing it in two towns and I had only had my second town for less than a week. I was doing it second, it was getting late, I had a headache and I could not get milk. A friend finally brought some milk to my town.
I appreciated the ease of Toy Day because it's like Nintendo was saying, "Finish this quick and go spend time with friends and family."
I think Harvest Festival ingredients should be prepared on days before. I did this and it went quite well for me because I only need the event-only ingredients(like flour, milk, vinegar, etc) and some fish to give to the villagers.
I didn't prepare for Halloween and ended up missing the werewolf mask(luckily I got it from Jack after some resets).
^ Preparation's the key I guess. I haven't found any of the events particularly stressful so far, Halloween was mainly tedious because of the huge amount of candy I'd saved up buying it in the store every day. Harvest Festival was all right but would've been worse if I hadn't picked up my fishing/diving ingredients the day before. He did ask for a lobster but I'd got one already so it wasn't a problem.
Uggh. I had to quit making snowmen because I was getting so angry at them. Every time, every flipping time, no matter what guide I use, "Ohhh... so close--" -throws 3ds across room- I don't reset either so I only got one chance per day and then had to see the smug-faced thing every day until it melted. Hopefully someone onReTail will let me catalog a snowman set...
