Why am I the way that I am

I was doing my daily run on my island and accidentally buried 99,000 bells in my bell tree spot most expensive 30,000 bells I’ve ever spent smh.

Tell me I’m not the only one that does things like this

Whoa! A while ago, I dug up the 1,000 Bells from a glowing spot (Bell tree spot), and instead of adding it to my pockets, I accidentally buried it into the same spot and the Bell tree would grow. I have done this a few times.

Fortunately, I haven't accidentally buried a 99,000 bell bag in the glowing spot in this game so far. Like DaisyFan, though, I've also accidentally buried the daily 1,000 bell bag instead of the usual 10,000 bell bag because of a misclick.

I've done a lot of stupid things while trying to perform daily tasks. I've done that and I've suffered the consequences of the very loaded Y button where I'll pick up furniture instead of a material or sweep away a pattern, lol.

Also, I have a tendency of trapping myself when I decorate/terraform, so that's fun too.

Oh my goodness the Y button gets me on a daily basis. I get especially frustrated when I accidentally pick a flower lol.

I’ve only trapped myself once or twice but actually needing the rescue service was pretty funny to me

My latest moment of genius was the terraforming equivalent of painting myself into a corner.... was trying to make a big lake with no islands.

Before I knew I could bury bells I would stomp the hole back in, proud of my newly obtained 1k. I think I also put 30k into a hole to get 90k, but right afterwards my sister told me that that was a mistake.

I used to do the same thing LOL. I also tried to bury more once and was very sad a few days later lmao

when the game first came out I would bury 33,000 bells every time, I wasted so many bells lol

I do this so often, usually I’m going between my house and where I’m terraforming. I forget what it is I want to get from storage have to retrace my steps to remember what I’m doing.

OOF i feel this - whether it’s accidentally selling/dropping the wrong item, plucking a flower when i meant to pick up a piece of displayed furniture, unintentionally reburying the 1k bell bag after digging it up, etc, i’m prone to making all sorts of silly mistakes.

god not the pattern deleting. it doesn't help that it took me ages to realize i could replace it with the design app instead of opening the island designer app, ugh...

iirc if you plant over 10k bells you only have a small chance of the tree sprouting the amount you actually buried. you just managed to get lucky with your 99k!
