No rocks have spawned, I cant find anything in the sea or river fishing/diving, and no holes are everywhere! Only balloons are spawning eggs. I don't get it!

I had the same, I quit and saved after talking to the bun and then loaded with other of my characters, and everything appeared, rocks, holes...
