• Easter season is here! Here's what we have going on at The Bell Tree:
    • The egg decorating contest is back! Join TBT’s Fifth Egg Decorating Contest, now with two distinct categories: decorating and painting. Entries must be submitted by April 9th.
    • Starting this Friday at 7PM EDT, follow clues to search for eggs around the forum in TBT's Thirteenth Annual Easter Egg Hunt. New eggs will appear throughout the weekend and the hunt ends on April 6th!
    • Customize your profile by spending bells on any of our three recurring backdrops.

Who's in the banner?

Who are the characters in the banner and why are the apples gold?
The banner is celebrating the release of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom that came out on the 12th. There's Ganondorf, the main antagonist for The Legend of Zelda series, a Chuchu, a simple monster, and the golden apples, an item that replenishes health.

How far we've come.

(The New Leaf/Legend of Zelda crossover was super cool though).

Context for anyone reading this that needs it: Animal Crossing: New Leaf released a series of villagers for the Welcome Amiibo update that had a Zelda universe counterpart. Epona was a horse villager, Medli a duck, and Wolf Link a wolf).

I'm happy TBT has continued to embrace this.
