Still don't get the Marshal craze. I don't downright dislike him, more that I find him extremely boring and uninteresting.
Merengue. Have her on my island and want her gone.
Judy is downright creepy.
There are lots to be honest, mostly because I'm not into the cutesy pink/pastel aesthetic that's going on with most of the populars.
But I don't judge. Each to their own.

I don't dislike her, but I can't see why people think she's so cute.
I mean, there are other villagers that are very hyped up, and people don't get their hype. People say they don't get it because of the overly simplistic design, but that makes sense to me. They may be boring and simple, but their simplicity is kinda what ends up making them look so cute to people, so I can understand why people like them so much. But Judy...people keep calling her cute with beautiful eyes, but I just can't see it, and I'm really trying here. They just look so weird to me.
I can understand if people just said her design is interesting, but they're specifically pointing out her eyes and saying how beautiful they are, and I'm just staring at those eyes, and really trying to look at her in all these different kinds of ways to see if I can see it, but I really can't
Maybe if I met her though, I would like her b/c Coco's eyes aren't the cutest, but I really like Coco, at least when I had her in NL.

The villagers are so similar, in my opinion. There's just not much to hate (or love) at this point, in my opinion. You get like a line or two out of them a day, max, unless you push them, and then they hate you for constantly talking to them. So far though, I don't really understand how people have favorites or even hate certain villagers, they all seem quite cute and cheerful to me.

Merengue - I get that her aesthetic is creative and cute, but I dislike the rhinos and their submarine heads in general, and her having a strawberry on her head doesn’t really change much for me.
Diana - She’s cute and all, but her design is just boring to me. Which is odd, because I usually adore the deer villagers.

Chrissy & Francine - I really just dislike the rabbits as a whole, and while the concept of them being sisters is cute, their polka-dot suit design is just ugly to me.

Punchy, Lolly, and Ankha are the best cats, and if I wanted to, I can give Punchy glasses and a suit, and he'll be way more interesting than a smug cat. Ankha is all egyptian themed, and you can't get more interesting than that. Lolly is just cute as a button as some would say

Marshall for me, too. His pouty facial expression makes him look really unappealing to me. He just appear really rude/insolent (though of course, I'm sure his personality is fine).
