Whom would you have wanted to meet if they were still alive today?

Come on, seriously no one wants to meet Jesus? I'd like to see what he was like.
Also, a lot of historical figures. All sorts of kings and queens, though I'm most interested in female rulers. Cleopatra, Elizabeth I, Isabella of Castile, Catherine the Great, Maria Theresia... Just to mention a few. Right now I'm also fascinated with the celts, Boudicca in particular is very intriguing.

Finally someone else agrees with me. I'd love to meet Jesus. I'd love to do an interview with him. I'm an atheist, so I don't believe in him, but if I could, I would totally want to meet him because 1) I'd know for sure that he existed and 2) So I could get him to clear up some parts of the Bible :P

I'd say Jesus, but he's still alive.

But then I mean how can they say "Jesus will return"?

Cleopatra would be interesting to meet. I'd also want to meet Attila the Hun, Winston Churchill, Sydney Newman (creator of Doctor Who), the Founding Fathers of the U.S...

Bruce Lee. It'd be a lot more spectacular to see him do his thing in person if he were still alive this day.

Jedediah Smith <3 He is really cool to me and even though he would probably find someone like me obnoxious (I'm saying that based on the company he usually hung around with) I would still just be honored to shake his hand :)

I can't do Princess Di & Mr. Ledger. Such horrible deaths; taken too soon, eyes would water. I'll blunder my queries & instead asks them what they wanted to do...

My grandfather and grandmother. They were killed during the Khmer rogue genocide
Also my grandfather on my uncle's wife side... Dith Pran. He was the journalist the movie "The Killing Fields" was based on.

The heroes of the Alamo, and other heroes in the battles in the Texas Revolution (yes, Texas used to be its own country at one point about 200 years ago).
