I can make a big list, but I'll just reveal a few:

-Jack Lemmon
-Marlon Brando
-Michael Jackson
-Heath Ledger
-Akira Kurosawa
-Fran?ois Truffaut
-Roger Ebert
-Gene Siskel

So, is there anyone famous that you would have wanted to meet if they were still living?

The heroes of the Alamo, and other heroes in the battles in the Texas Revolution (yes, Texas used to be its own country at one point about 200 years ago).

Madeline Kahn. She is my favorite actor/actress of all time. She died when I was very young, but I wish I could have met her.

Oh, and Elizabeth Montgomery.

Oh, I should have mentioned Elizabeth Taylor. She was the star of one of my all-time favourite movies, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (believe me, it's also one of Edward Norton's favourites), and she was also known as one of the greatest actresses of all time.

Her, along with Hollywood's most well-known sex symbol, Marilyn Monroe. She died at only 36 years old. I was a huge fan of her movies. (especially Some Like It Hot, which is my favourite out of all her movies.)

Oh boy.

  • Jesus Christ. I don't believe in him, but if he did, I'd want to sit down and have a nice long dinner with him because I have so many questions
  • Richard Nixon. In this ideal world, he'd tell me what got erased from the Watergate tapes.
  • Genghis Khan. I want to meet the man who conquered most of Europe and Asia.
  • Hitler. This sounds psychotic, but I want to meet him. I hate him, but I'd love to talk with him.
  • The model who became the Mona Lisa or Da vinci Just so I know who it is.

This is such a great thread :P

I personally would want to meet Amy Winehouse, as I have always been a huge fan. Whitney Houston is another all time favorite, as well as "The Carpenters" because I absolutely love them too.

It's weird how nearly all of my favorite musicians are dead. Huh...

William Hartnell, I'd want to see what he thinks about how popular Doctor Who has become.
Or I'd want to meet any Women's Suffragette and thank them for making a stand to improve women's rights.

Queen Elizabeth the 1st
Brittany Murphy
One of my great great great great great great grandparents from wayyyy back.
Elvis when he was hot.
The dog who played lassie. Also the dogs from homeward bound

That's all I can think of ATM.

Michael Jackson FOR SURE. He's my idol.

I also would have liked to met the whole cast of the Wizard of Oz (Judy Garland, Ray Bolger, Jack Haley, Bert Lahr, Frank Morgan, Margaret Hamilton, Billie Burke, ect..) because that's my favorite movie of all time and I've memorized it.

Walt Disney as well..

That's all I can think of for now. c:

I can't really think of anyone famous, but I really would love to meet my godfather who died of AIDS in 2001. He's the main reason why I'm very interested in AIDS/AIDS related illnesses, and also why I volunteer with PWAs (People With AIDS). I would also like to think he inspired my paper on the Gay Men's Health Crisis which was submitted to New York State Archives' Student Research Awards program. Fingers crossed.

Michael Jackson. I was going through a phase where I was completely obsessed with him around the time he died... I was actually listening to his music at the very minute I saw the announcement. :(

Any of the founding fathers, Jaco Pastorious (From the band Weather Report), Frank Lloyd Wright (famous architect), Frank Zappa, and Frederick Law Olmsted (father of landscape architecture) among others.

The epic Michael Jackson and George Carlin oh and Edd Gould too

DON'T FORGET ADOLF HITLER I wanna punch him in the face for being racist ******* tbh
