I know off the top of my head that Sylvana has a cherry blossom themed house. Sylvana herself is brown and white though. Bill the jock duck has a single cherry-blossom branches plant in his house but other than that nothing to him

Others have said it but Sylvana was a starting villager in my sisters town and she moved into mine and her house was just a perfect representation of the Cherry Blossom Season!
