Who will move in, Bianca or Chrissy?

I'm in a bit of a pickle right now.
I got Chrissy to move in from my campsite, but she has not put down her house plot yet.
If I adopt Bianca now from a cycler's town,
who will move in? Chrissy or Bianca?
I really would prefer Bianca.

It didn't work... I couldn't adopt Bianca. I didn't get the move in dialog from her. :'(

My saddness right now cannot be described.
I officially hate Chrissy even though it's my fault for getting her to move in.

I wish I had seen this. You can't override a camper. Anyone else, you can override. I TT'd Erik into boxes, thinking I could override a camper. I had to move Erik to my third town temporarily or else I would have lost him. It took several months to get him to the town I originally wanted him in.
