Who waters their flowers everyday?

I used to because I always liked them sparkly but then I started a second town on another cartridge and my first town just has sooo many and with the beautiful town ordinance in effect I decided that I needed the extra time for the other town so basically stopped. I'm curious if others have done this too?

Only when I want hybrids to grow as it makes the chances higher

I have the beautiful town ordinance implemented so I only water my hybrids. I let my town get overrun with flowers, so I could not imagine watering all of those dang flowers. Even with the golden watering can it would take me way too long.

Both of my towns have the bell boom ordinance, so I water all my flowers, on both towns, everyday. :^)

I water for hybrids everyday but, like most it seems , I have beautiful town ordinance.

I remember when I was saving up weeds for weedin day- I had to water my flowers every single day and I have so,so many in intricate arrangements. It was sooo tedious and I am grateful for havin the option not to water with the Beautifully town Ordinance.

I agree that the sparkly flowers are very nice- I usually water those around my house to make them sparky :3

I used to but not anymore right now. I feel lazy and don't want to waste my time for that. I do TT sometimes so it'll be risky not to set my ordinance to beautiful town.

My first town has Beautiful Town ordinance. In my second town I water them every day, but luckily it's not many, but I just water the ones that wilt.

I water the spots where my grass has unintentionally worn away, and my hybrids. When it's raining, every flower is watered so there's no point in trying to control specific hybrid areas.

Eventually I'll turn off beautiful town so that my patch of black roses wilt

Thank you for your replies. I think I'm going to try and move as many as I can to my other town so they're more evenly distributed and see how it goes. I like the river bordered and villagers houses etc so wish me luck as it's going to take some doing.

When I start a new town yes, but when I have enough flowers I stop.

i used to before my ordinance, but now i dont. i dont have any interest in breeding flowers since all i want are white ones. the only exception are gold ones, but id have to get rid of my ordinance to grow them myself

I only water flowers when I want to breed them. I have the beautiful town ordinance simply because I have too many flowers to water them all, that would take hours.

I have the beautiful ordinance but I still water them if I notice that my villagers have been watering. When I see one or two sparkle, I get the biggest urge to make them all sparkle... But I'm weird like that...

In my main town and my all-bird town, there are so many flowers, especially hybrids, that at a certain point I just had to use the Beautiful Town ordinance. I occasionally water the hybrids for the reasons stated previously in the thread but otherwise just ignore them most of the time. In my circus/magic show town I'm planning to raise some Gold Roses since they would seem fitting, so I do have to go without the Beautiful Town ordinance to be able to do so, meaning I have to water each and every flower. It kinda sucks, but eh, the reward is worth it and I like the Night Owl ordinance anyway.

i do sometimes, even though i have the beautiful town ordinance on. i have the golden can so it goes fast, and even though i have waaay too many flowers to be normal, i still manage to cover the whole town pretty fast. i just like how the flowers sparkle for the rest of the day

added bonus, if i like the sunset that night, i can update my dream address, and the flowers will be sparkling in dreams of mistvale too

I've only visited three dream towns and I did not know the flowers could sparkle, thanks for that, I'll remember it if I ever manage to get my towns anywhere near close to good enough to ever ask anyone to visit... I really want that zen clock pwp request and my crankies are obsessed with carbohydrates right now.
