I haven’t gotten any goods one yet. I hate all of them.
I did get Shari to move in one time. I don’t particularly like her but I needed a sisterly villager at the time.
I had Rosie once! She's adorable but I'm not a huge fan of peppies and I don't want more than one in my town so I didn't end up inviting her to move in.
Only ever had one camper other than my forced I think. It was Benjamin literally the day after I loaded the Benjamin amiibo up on my mums game. Benjamin is my brothers name so mum wanted him. Obviously at that point I didn’t want him on my island!
I had Cyd as my first camper (after the forced one ofc) and I got him to move in! He's super sweet I had Murphy yesterday, but I already have two cranky villagers (Cyd and Hamphrey) and wanted to keep them.
I'm hoping my next camper will be lazy
I’ve had three campsite villagers since the forced villager (I got Lionel, who I came to like more than expected). They’ve all been pretty good. I’ve had drago, then Freya, then Fauna. Freya and Fauna I asked to move in. With Drago, he was my first one, and I was island hunting the same day he showed up and ended up not really getting a chance to talk with him. Both Freya and Fauna I was initially ‘meh’ on, but in both cases I ha ve ended up really liking them. Freya replaced Yuka, who I got through random generation, when I mistakenly placed a plot the night before I wanted to go island hopping . She was okay, and is pretty cute, but for some reason I find Freya more interesting, even though I don’t really have much interest in the wolf villagers. Fauna replaces Lionel and I absolutely love her. She’s so cute, and I seem to get more/ better dialog from her than my other normals. The only downside to adopting her is that now I have three normals, so someone will be moving on sometime soon. Fauna is one of my favorite villagers now, and I find myself liking all the deer more by extension.
In terms of top tier villagers I'd say Marina or Genji were my best campers. Personally not a fan of Marina though (not a fan of octopus villagers in general) I kinda just made her move in to sell/trade her later but never ended up doing that, as I deleted my island before getting her to move out. I used to not like Genji either but he's sort of grown on me? I had him move in to kick out someone else on my old island and though my time with him was short he was pretty cool to have around. :0
I would say Lucky, Vivian, Diana, Whitney, Apple(?). Well they are the only ones I've gotten so far aside from this ugly mouse I forgot his name. And Isabelle mentioned a visitor twice but I forgot to check who it was sigh....
Diana moved in as I was doing the campsite trick and she was the first one to appear. Talk about my amazing luck.
Probably my very first camper which was Raymond. He's pretty cool actually. At first I didn't care for him much but he's growing on me. I can see why he's so popular. The only other camper I've had was Cashmere... She's not the worst villager but I'm pretty sure most people would choose Raymond over Cashmere.
