mine was dora on wild world! she moved in right in front of my house and was the very first villager to ever give me their picture, which i thought was so special at the time (still is!) i haven't checked my ww town in a while but last time i did (about 6 months ago or so) she was still living there :")

It was Bella for wild world. I just thought she was adorable. She also had the lovely set inside her house and that was my favorite set back then.
This post is making me want to go and get her now. It’s bringing back memories. I have to check if I have her amiibo.

Mine was Kitty in Gamecube. I remember constantly sending her and Carmen letters. I hope to eventually get Kitty on my island in NH.
It's hard to say, because I really grew attached to a lot of villagers on Animal Crossing for the GameCube. Most likely Biff and Hornsby. They were my best friends. But I also liked Punchy, Tangy, Mitzi, and Tabby. Now that I think about it, I sure had a lot of cats in my town.

Kiki in CF. I don't remember much, but I remember being sad when she moved away, so there's that. Really related with her, not sure why. And it wasn't bc of Kiki's delivery service. She had a cool house too
Mine was Kiki around 2006-2007. I would run to see her first thing every day, complete all her requests (and feel terrible if I failed at any of them), send her a letter with a present almost every day... She reminded me of my real-life black cat with yellow eyes, so I really loved her!
While she isn't one of my dreamies now (since I spent SO many years with her in WW already), I wouldn't mind if I came across her on an island... I would definitely ask her to move in at least for a while. I've missed her, as I never came across her in NL!

Mine was Bob. 
I had him in AC gamecube, he's the only villager I remember having from my gamecube game..
He was just so rememberable with his bright colour furniture and funny little face lol :3

Back in the GameCube days when I was little I really connected with Scoot. I used to think his name was Scott.
I just remember talking to him all the time and following him around like a weirdo. I still like him and haven't had him since then but I might bring him to my island someday!

I wasn't even aware that there were set personalities for characters at that age, so I thought some were nice and some were a bit grumpy or posh, etc. just like real people. Which is technically true, but as a kid my logic was "each villager is their own individual person."
And Deena?? Man, she was the nicest. She was so polite and she always said the nicest things. I loved to go to her house and just talk to her over and over. I remember she lived far away from everyone else on a cliff that pointed outwards. I would leave her little notes on the postboard and send her letters all the time. I wouldn't even get mad if she painted my roof.
Then one day she moved I was so sad. I'm sure there were other characters I had a bond with, but none like that. She was a genuine friend!
These days I'm aware that characters such as Deena, Marina, or Chevre are the same people, reskinned, so I choose based on what I like the looks of best most of the time. It's a bit sad, I wish I could be blissfully ignorant and not know at all and just go back, meet them, and make friends with what I thought were individuals... if that makes sense!

In the GameCube version, my fondest memory was Curly and Portia.
In new leaf, it was Caroline and Chief.
And in new horizons, it’s Bella and Rod. I love how I always discover new favorites in each edition.

Mine was Bob from the gamecube. Me and my brother both loved him.(Sadly he always asked to keep moving T~T)
Happy to report that after 19 years of playing every other AC game we finally got to reunite in NH.
I didn't think I would find him while villager hunting but low and behold, he made a surprise visit.
I hope my brother finds him soon too so we can share the joy.
He is not allowed to leave...ever! @_@
