I still have all of them, but wouldn't be too sad to see any of them go. But I have a couple others I'd really rather see leave before any of these to be honest.
My first 5 villagers were:

Out of those 5 i still have Skye and Mac. I'm trying to get rid of Mac,but i'm keeping Skye,because i love her so much! I'm really sad that her house is so basic,because i saw her other interior and i loved it! It would suit her so much better!
My first five are: Dom, Fuschia, Stiches, Savannah, and Twiggy. I screamed so loud when I went on my very first mystery tour and saw Stiches there. He was my New Leaf dreamie and I wanted to have him in New Horizons. And I absolutely loveeeee Dom! He is my favorite villager. Savannah moved out and was replaced with Marina. Fuschia and Twiggy, I am hoping they will move out some time soon but they seem to love living on my island lol.

Eventually, I'll be letting all of them go as I'm not a huge fan of the DIY house interiors.
I'll be really sad to see Erik go but having 3 lazies in my town is overkill.
Found Audie on an island, Megan and Rex were random but have moved since and Poncho and Diva, while I do like them, I think I’ll replace them once either of them ask to leave or if someone interesting appears at the campsite. But I’m in no hurry, they have grown on me. I would definitely have kept Poncho if I hadn’t met Snake, but two jocks feels too much for me
Rowan (he was okay but I prefer Tybalt, he has moved out)
Phoebe (I don't vibe with her, waiting for her to move)
Ruby (found her on my second island trip: she's so cute I love her sm ;-; )
Maple (random: she is... not as fun as I had hoped, she's cute but kinda boring, her cuteness makes me keep her)
Erik (random: love him so much and I think he fits the beginner interior so well)
Frita and Rod were my starting villagers. Followed by Lucky (island), Gayle (island), and Bianca (random move-in).
I had all of them move out because I was cycling villagers and was searching for my dreamies at the time. But I got Rod back to get his actual interior.
The only starter 5 i have now is Ruby...Dora was the last to move out. I miss her so much, she was replaced by Skye, my latest addition! and Suprisingly I missed Al too. He was such a funny gorilla and I think...oddly cute in some ways i just can't explain.
I love Celia and luckily have her amiibo card, all the villagers are really nice and sweet but I'll let them go when they ask to leave once I get their villager photos. I wasn't keen on Pashmina so when she asked to leave I let her.
Carmen and Caroline I invited from mystery islands, although I quickly realised that I didn’t like Caroline all that much but it was far too late by the time she had moved to my town. Carmen I absolutely loved, but I eventually let her go, she was so sweet. The rest of them I hated, and I couldn’t wait for them to leave lol, seeing Prince, Sylvia and Axel everyday was an eyesore. Not to mention Axel had really creepy vibes.
