Who should I pick for 10th villager?

I'm considering kicking out Moe, so who should replace him?

Annabelle - My second favorite peppy, dunno if I should take her since I got Tabby as my peppy already and one other anteater.. but she's always an option

Lyman - One of my favorite jocks & he actually looks damn great ingame. Too bad jock is one of my least favorite personalities, even though ironically design wise jocks are my favorite. Either way he'd bring some of his fab & uniqueness into the town by being a koala. He's interesting but I dunno if I would enjoy having two jocks.

Frobert - A race I haven't had in my town yet & also one of my favorite jocks. Again not a big fan of jocks but just like Lyman he'd bring some more color into town by being a frog. It would be nice to have more small villagers aswell. He's interesting.. but not as interesting as Lyman

Rodeo - One of my favorite races, even though I only like the designs of Coach and Rodeo. Rodeo would easily replace Moe by being a lazy villager. Probably the most bearable personality out of the three, not the biggest fan of lazies though. Just like Lyman he really interests me

Anchovy - He would fit in, however he really isn't as interesting as Rodeo, and I got 2 birds already. He's one awesome Pidgey though.

Drake - Just like with Frobert he's not the most interesting, but my favorite of all ducks. Also haven't had him.

Also I would appreciate if anyone who has these in their town would share their dream code c:

What villager personalities do you have in your town? I'd recommend getting at least one of each with 2 doubles, so you might want to choose someone whose personality you don't have yet. If you already have all of them, I'd say Rodeo since you obviously like him enough to put that you're looking for him in your sig.

I've had Rodeo before. He was a cool bull until I had to let him go. You'd love him. He's got red eyes and black hair. He's kinda like the lazy version of Muffy.
