Who should be my 10th I dont want the same species of animals that I have I dont care on personality please comment below who YOU think I should get or whos your all time favorite in your town to recommend

I'd choose Flurry or Dora, I think they'd look nice with your villagers.

The species I like that you don't have listed are the penguins and squirrels, as well as a couple others.... I'd recommend...

Marshal- Yeah he's popular and most hate him for that but he really is cute and is a nice touch to any town.
Filbert- His house is amazing and he's just really cute with his pink cheeks <3
Static- His design is awesome and I like the fact he's a cranky little squirrel.
Hopper- Very fitting for a cranky, he looks so daring and epic.
Sprinkle- One of my favorite peppies, she is adorable and I love her wintery design. Very unique.
Aurora- She's an adorable baby penguin!
Cube- He's so cute, I miss having him in my town.
Flurry- Second cutest normal to me, ohmigosh she's so tiny and precious <3
Ribbot- He's a robot frog! He's awesome!
Frobert- He's so cute with his buck teeth <3
Bianca- My favorite peppy! She's such a beautiful snow leopard!
Marina- She's so cute, I love her.
Zucker- Another cutie, not to mention he's based off of food and very unique.
Molly- Such an adorable duckling.
Apple- Very very cute to me.

This did very much so! I just dont want a town full of tier 1 villagers but I dont think im doing that
I might get Filbert I wish I could see him in person though
I was leaning to Teddy but I dont think he will look good in my town
