My ultimate dreamies are/were Velma and Pashmina! Velma because I've had her in ACNL for many years and love her to bits and Pashmina while I haven't had her in previous titles, I've seen her in ACNH and fell in love with her fast.

Me too, my dreamies have always been male characters mainly. Like Julian and Zucker, I just end up thinking they’re too cute anf fall in love with them

I usually don’t have dreamies, but right now mine is Cherry 
In my New Leaf town both her and Diana were random move ins that came to town as soon as I got the game and I always saw them interacting together and kind of headcanoned that they were unlikely friends that stayed friends no matter how much they bumped heads.
After I got Diana as a random move in on my island I just felt like something was missing without Cherry being there too

Ankha. She was my dreamie as a kid back in the Gamecube version. She wasn't a regular villager there, though, she was a special villager known as an islander who lived on the island just off your town, only accessible if you had a GBA link cable. You only got one islander per town, and they never changed.
I never got her. I started many towns over the years and got many islanders, but none of them were Ankha so I'd cry and strip the island bare and never go back again.
I decided when I got NH and discovered that she was now a normal villager that I was going to fulfill my childhood dream and get her

Awh wow that’s so cool I never knew that. Ankha is one of my dreamies too, she’s so uniques and she is just a special character before I even knew what you said. I hope you get ankha and fulfill your childhood dream because of I’d have never gotten Zucker I new leaf I would have been so sad
Awhh, I kinda want Audie now because everyone seems to love her and I’ve had quite a lot of villagers through my time playing animal crossing and I’d love to have some of the new ones. I’m 100% gonna try and get her especially if she turns up on the island but I’ll probably just trade her out afterwards.

I really like Zucker too but he kindve makes me think dirty thoughts... julian is my favorite forever and always and I really love his house in new horizons

I’m ded but I agree, Julian and Zucker are the sweetest. My favourites are Julian, Zucker and Skye. Those three are just the best. Julian is a freaking unicorn so he’s just cool and I’ve not yet seen his house but when I do I think he may end up level with Zucker. I haven’t seen Zuckers house yet though so if his is cool then Zucker will stay on top as he always has been

Yeah the name hype cat really suits him
he is cute though and unique. I’m not entirely sure but I think he’s one of the only villagers with different coloured eyes (I always forget the term). I understand the hype because he is super cute and unique and he’s smug which is already quite a popular personality regardless of what he looks like. Plus the fact he’s new to the franchise plus the fact he is already popular which makes everybody want him even more to get some high level ground above other players... I mean who wouldn’t want Raymond well tbf he’s not one I really want but I wouldn’t mind having him for a while
